Ray, the founder of Tri-Mer Services is a certified public accountant by profession with nearly forty years of experience both locally and internationally. Ray specialises in Maltese taxation and financial planning which includes corporate and group structures in international scenarios. Ray was also appointed Malta’s Ambassador to Croatia in 2006, a post which he kept until 2015, continuing to build upon his international resume.
