Client Payroll Officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for preparing payroll for both local and international clients.
- Managing statutory obligations, including obtaining Single Permits, residency cards, and employment registrations.
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll preparation.
- Familiarity with Payroll Software and Maltese Employment Law, including employee registration and enrolment, is an asset.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, committed, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (knowledge of Maltese and Italian is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
