Pay Transparency Regulations – Promoting Fairness at Work
The Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 introduce mandatory pay disclosure requirements for job postings and employee rights to access comparative pay data. The legislation, effective 27 August 2025, promotes fair pay and prepares Malta for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
